The Paddock is situated in the small village of Strathkinness, 3 miles west of St Andrews. The house is a modern residence with outstanding country views positioned in a secluded spot set back from the road via a driveway, with ample private secure parking for 8 - 10 cars within our two car parks. A short five-minute drive down a country road takes you into St Andrews. A warm welcome awaits you in comfortable surroundings.

We also offer all of our guests who stay with us free 24/7 Wi-Fi Internet Access from the comfort of your room, provided you have your own Wi-Fi enabled laptop/device.
